This year our men are focusing on relationships, building accountability in men's groups and supporting our pastors.

We continue to add to our board with the addition of Mike Roberts.  Bill Moe, Pastor Ryan and Drew Roberts round out the board.  We are still looking for support, and we attempt to bring good programs speakers and events to the church.

It's going to be an exciting year for our church.

Monthly men's breakfast: Stay Tuned!!

Golf scramble: Joe Mondell returns to the Old Back Nine with Chuck Robinson for a co-ed event. Gals are encouraged to get involved for another good time scramble. A small muffin/fruit with coffee breakfast will be served. Golf is $20, pull carts are $2 and riding cars are $5. Pastor Virgil is committed to attending, come on out for a great time.

Fall retreat:This year the men's retreat will take place at Wilderness Lakes Retreat from September 24th-26th. Our speaker will be Duane Storey from Milwaukie and the cost will only be $55.00 per guy. Men are also encouraged to bring their sons ages 14-19, for which the cost will only be $30.00 each. Flyers are available at the church and signups are to be paid at the church by September 19th. This will be a great retreat. Questions on anything regarding the retreat, or to volunteer, please call Bill Moe at 541-280-9080.

Optional Fall retreat: October 8th-10th will be the Men's Advance 2010, "Becoming Uncommon Men", with guest speaker Dr. Stan Reeder. Information is posted in our foyer/lobby and the event will be held at Kelloggs Springs Camp. The cost is $85.00. Weekly Activities

Every Man, a men's study group that meets Thursday evenings at 7pm in the Foyer, will be starting a new study this Thursday (7/15/10) of the book The Barbarian Way by Erwin McManus.  Christ's passion drove Him to the cross; the cross of Christ drives you to His passion.  Take up the challenge!  For more information, contact pastor Ryan Emerick at 382-5496, ext. 16.

Men's Basketball, Thursday, 7 pm, Church Gym.  Come on out, shoot some hoops, and make some friends.  For more info, contact the Church office.

Men in Prayer, Friday, 6 am, Sanctuary -Join our men at the altar for prayer.

Men's Bible Study, Saturday, 8 am, Pilot Butte Drive-In on Greenwood Ave. The guys are journeying through a study in Christian Character.
